-on Friday, our family got up and jumped in the car to drive to Jonathan and Charissa's wedding in Fort Myers, Florida…

-thanks to Garmina (our GPS is Hispanic) we drove some back highways toward Ocala…have you ever been to Starke, Fl? 

-how about the thriving metropolis of Waldo, Fl? 

-finally arrived at hotel and changed and Zach and I went to the rehearsal

-great seeing my parents and some friends I had not seen in a while!

-headed to rehearsal dinner at a country club…

-good food and good music and a dance floor…nice

-my sons know how to boogie!

-Got them in bed about 9:30pm and went over the message for the wedding that night…

-Woke up the next day, found a Dunkin, and went to pick up my tux…and some dark socks at Old Navy!

-tried to find a WaMu to close my account…to no avail…but that is another post!

-love my Google maps app in my smartphone…truly a lifesaver

-checked out of hotel and moved my family to my parent's hotel for a few hours

-saw the Vette my brother rented to leave the wedding in…sweet!

-Pictures at 3pm…Zach and I had to be there by 2pm…getting nervous yet, Jonathan? 

-made bets about which of the three kids under 5 would NOT make it down the aisle…

-prayed with Jonathan at 3:40pm…

-walked my mom and dad down aisle at 4:03

-I was the best man (did you have any doubts? HA!) and Jonathan and I walk in about 4:06pm…

- I also co-officiated the wedding with Charissa's dad Dennis…what a privilege and fun time!

-although, it is VERY SCARY having TWO preachers in ONE wedding… I think we got done about 4:45…

-I would have lost bet…all the kids made it down the aisle! Including Zachary… I am proud of him!

- although, he inadvertently caused an uproar…he came all the way all the aisle to where I was standing…Ryan, who is a confessed daddy's boy, tried to leave Jeanine and come up also…when he was held back, he screamed and threw a classic fit! Had to be carried out of the ceremony!

- ceremony was great…really fun being part of and everyone did great…

- pics afterward…and then on to the reception

-arrive and begin to anticipate the toast and then jumping in the car to drive back to Jax
